Both paid prices are exclusive of VAT. Checkout asks Stripe Tax to add VAT where PropSale has an active registration. Pro Business is advertised at £89.10 a month plus VAT. With no registration in the customer’s country, Stripe collects the price and no VAT, and it does not return an error.
